1. The scaffolding is not standardized. 2. Product quality problems. Due to the chaos of the construction leasing market, the lack of an open, fair and just trading environment and strict quality supervision measures, many construction leasing enterprises only pursue low prices and ignore product quality, so that a large number of low-quality and low-cost products produced by manufacturers with poor equipment and backward technology flow into the construction site, bringing serious safety hazards to construction.
3. Construction safety management issues. The construction site project department did not carry out technical and safety training, and the management was not strict, resulting in weak safety awareness of scaffolding installation operators, lack of control ability to operate and depth of understanding of the product, and finally led to the inability to carry out construction in strict accordance with the requirements during actual operation.
